Error: "Code Already Redeemed"
If you see this error:
- Check if you've already redeemed it on another account
- Contact our support with your order number
Error: "Invalid Code"
Common causes and solutions:
- Double-check you've entered all characters correctly
- Make sure there are no extra spaces
- Verify the code matches your region
Error: "Region Mismatch"
This means your PSN account region doesn't match the product:
- Check your account region in settings
- Contact support if you purchased the wrong region
